Who is The Coffee Network?

The Coffee Network is a unique online platform offering freshly roasted premium coffee from across Australia. Our mission is helping you to find the coffee that is not only right for your machine/equipment but also matches your individual taste. We work closely with our talented network of coffee roasters to ensure the highest quality, freshness and service.

 Which payment methods are accepted by the Coffee Network? Are they secure?

We offer several secure payment gateways that all use the latest technology and encryption in order to protect your data. You can choose between PayPal and Stripe, which accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express).

What are the delivery charges from The Coffee Network?

Within Australia, we charge a flat delivery fee of AU $9.90. Orders over AU $60 qualify for free shipping within Australia.

We are currently working on international delivery. If you wish to order from outside Australia, please contact us under help@thecoffeenetwork.com.

What is the delivery time for my order?

Generally, orders are dispatched within 24 hours after the next roast day and reach your doorstep after about 2 business days after that. Please note that your coffee is always freshly roasted. Most roasters roast a fresh batch once per week.

Do I receive an invoice?

Yes. We will send you an electronic invoice via email once your order has been processed. You can also download past invoices in your account.

The item I have ordered is out of stock. What now?

Our coffees are always freshly roasted, so there should never be a long waiting period for the next batch.

What is the returns policy?

We offer a returns policy for faulty products.

How do I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?

If you have noticed an error in your delivery address, please notify us as soon as possible under help@thecoffeenetwork.com.au. Please state your order number, name, original and corrected delivery address, so that we can amend your order. Please note that your order is usually shipped soon after it was placed. If the order was already shipped, we are unfortunately unable to correct the error.
