The Musica is a surprise package. The first surprise being that it does not play music! We've always known that Nuova Simonelli manufacture good machines, but with this machine in particular they seem to have successfully managed to implant their premium qualities within a much more cost-effective build. It boasts an E61 group head which is beloved for its thermal stability and reliablility. The quality of the steam wand is also worth mentioning. The steam wand is the same as the one used by Nuova Simonelli in the world barista competition. With this machine, you are not missing out on pro-level quality. Specifications aside, it looks really good in a modern home due to its optional chrome colouring and/or lights!
