What coffees can I expect?
We select either an amazing blend or an exclusive single origin each month. All coffees are freshly roasted and (of course) specialty quality. Especially with single origins, it is sometimes hard to predict which single origins are available. We select only ones we love and are confident that our customers will love them, too.
When do deliveries commence?
A new batch is sent out around the beginning of each month, but cut-off is the last friday of the month. We will automatically commence deliveries in the next month after your purchase, unless you give us specific instructions about the month you would like deliveries to commence. Just shoot us an email for this: hello@thecoffeenetwork.com.au. Please also quote your order number.
What quantity should I select?
Most coffee drinkers consume about 1kg of coffee per month (that's about 1-2 coffees per day). A household with 2 daily coffee drinkers would consume about 1.5-2kg per month.

Will I receive a certificate?
Yes, you will receive a certificate that you can print and gift or send electronically.
What happens if I have selected the wrong grind option, am unsure or would like to change later?
No worries! If you're unsure, just select 'whole beans'. If this needs to be changed, just reach out to us. Quote your order number and we will change it for the next delivery. Please let us know at least 5 business days before the next roast day for changes to become effective.
