The bright and delicate acids open into a dense berry flavoured middle palate and transition into a long, rich and complex finish. When enjoyed black, berries, coconut and nougat flavours dominate. This slightly lighter roasted blend works perfectly for any filter and pour-over style device, but also for a bright and reviving espresso.
Too acidic
Too acidic and fruity for my tastes, originally I had it on a coarser grind and I couldn't stand it. Went a bit finer and it was fuller in flavour toward the back end.
