
Crisp Acidity with Syrupy Body
U47 is a well-balanced espresso with a structured sweet and clean cup. Composed of coffees from Colombia, Papua New Guinea and Panama, it combines all the characteristics we love from each country. The syrupy body pairs notes of dark chocolate from Colombia with crisp acids from Papua New Guinea, while Panama brings some light sweetness into play.

The flavour pattern ranges from roasted flavours such as malt over nutty nuances to dark chocolate and finishes dark, yet clean with some light sweetness from syrupy brown sugar. Not surprisingly, U47 was awarded silver at the 2017 Australian International Coffee Awards.
The medium-roasted allrounder goes well for espresso machines as well as for any other device.

We have tried U47 and found it really well balanced. It was delicious. I have used it in my french press and my husband has used his espresso machine. Both methods did impress.
